Our approach to refunds is simple and fair. Because our work involves time, strategy, and customized execution, refunds are limited. Here’s how it works: Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Completed work, delivered services, and reserved time cannot be refunded. If services are canceled before work starts, any refundable portion will be clearly outlined in your agreement. Monthly retainers may be canceled with notice, per your contract terms. REFUND POLICY

Serene Strategy Company values transparency, fairness, and respect for both parties’ time and energy. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

Monthly retainers once the service period has begun

Completed or partially completed project work

Consultations, audits, and strategy sessions

Design services after initial concepts are delivered

Time, preparation, and expertise are allocated immediately upon booking.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

Services have not yet begun

A written cancellation request is received within the timeframe stated in your proposal

No deliverables or work has been initiated

Approved refunds are issued minus any processing or administrative fees.

3. Paused or Delayed Projects

Refunds will not be issued for:

Client-caused delays

Lack of communication or access

Missed deadlines due to unavailable information

In these cases, services may be rescheduled or adjusted at the Company’s discretion.

4. Dissatisfaction Clause
​
If Client is dissatisfied, we encourage communication to resolve concerns. Revisions or scope adjustments may be offered, but dissatisfaction alone does not guarantee a refund.

5. Chargebacks
​
Initiating a chargeback without prior written communication violates this policy and may result in immediate service termination and legal action.

6. Acknowledgment
​
By booking services or submitting payment, Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
