These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Serene Strategy Company (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to any client (“Client,” “you”). By booking, signing a proposal, submitting payment, or engaging services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

Serene Strategy Company provides professional business support services including, but not limited to:

• Virtual Assistance

• Project Management

• Real Estate Administrative Support

• Presentation & Document Design

• Systems Setup, Audits, and Consulting

The specific scope of services will be defined in your signed proposal or agreement. Any services outside of scope require written approval and may incur additional fees.

2. Client Responsibilities

​

To ensure successful delivery of services, Client agrees to:

• Provide timely access to required tools, systems, and information

• Respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe

• Review deliverables promptly and provide feedback

• Maintain ownership of final decision-making

Delays caused by lack of access, information, or communication may impact timelines and do not qualify for refunds.

3. Investment & Payment Terms

​

• All fees are outlined in your proposal or invoice

• Payments are due according to the agreed schedule

• Monthly retainers are billed in advance

• Project-based services may require deposits or milestone payments

Failure to submit payment may result in paused or terminated services.

​

4. No Guarantees

​

While Serene Strategy Company applies professional expertise and best practices, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or performance metrics. Results depend on multiple variables beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

​

Unless otherwise stated:

• Client retains ownership of their original content and data

• Serene Strategy Company retains ownership of proprietary systems, templates, frameworks, and methodologies

• Client may use delivered materials for internal business purposes only

Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

​

All content on this website and across Serene Strategy Company platforms — including but not limited to text, graphics, frameworks, systems, workflows, methodologies, downloads, templates, PDFs, videos, social media content, and branded materials — is the intellectual property of Serene Strategy Company, LLC, unless otherwise stated.

This includes proprietary frameworks such as the Serene Systems Method™, Calm Leadership Framework™, Serene Systems Audit™, and CEO’s Calm Toolkit™.

No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, transmitted, or used for commercial or derivative purposes without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.

6. Social Media Content Usage

All social media content created by Serene Strategy Company — including captions, posts, reels, carousels, scripts, frameworks, and educational content — remains the exclusive intellectual property of Serene Strategy Company, LLC.

Sharing content via platform-native features (e.g., reposting with credit) is permitted.
Reproduction, repurposing, teaching, selling, or presenting this content as original work is strictly prohibited without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

8. Termination

​

Either party may terminate services with written notice as defined in the proposal.

​

Upon termination:

• Completed work remains billable

• No refunds are issued for work already performed

• Access to systems and files may be transferred upon request

9. Limitation of Liability

​

Serene Strategy Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

10. Independent Contractor Status

​

Serene Strategy Company operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee, partner, or agent of the Client.

11. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Serene Strategy Company is registered.

12. Agreement Acceptance

​

By signing a proposal, submitting payment, or continuing services, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

13. GDPR & Data Protection Acknowledgement

​

By using this website, downloading content, or submitting personal information, you acknowledge that:

• You are providing information voluntarily

• You consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy

• You may withdraw consent at any time
